What are the best aspects of this product?
We bought a paid plan of LambdaTest on suggestion of one of our clients. They told us they have got a good platform with an amazing support which we will not get at any other platform.
I guess the client was right. Wait time was less than 3 minutes every time we reached on their chat support and the best part was that they were super quick to solve our problems. Long way to go guys.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They currently do not have a support for mobile browser testing in their automation plan which to us was a downside, but they confirmed it will be launched this month.
