What are the best aspects of this product?
LambdaTest has been helpful in fast-tracking the release process. Our software testing team feel confident with the wide variety of browsers. As far as I know, my testing unit find the launch time of their virtual machines to be very quick with respect to other platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing such.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The only con would be the absence of automation testing. However, they are planning a product update for the same by the end of 2018. Considering we are in December already, I am a bit excited to see what they offer.

Our testing team find it helpful in finding bugs and assigning it directly to the team members.
