What are the best aspects of this product?

We wanted to make sure that our website is giving a seamless experience to all users no matter which device, browser or OS our user access it on.

This need made us head to google and type our query, we were amazed to see a number of tools that were catering this specific need. After visiting a few websites we landed on LambdaTest.

Interestingly they were offering a free plan to test their services and then choose to go ahead or not.
We were able to test our website on 20+ combinations from their free plan which actually was enough for us however, we decided to expand the test coverage by buying their paid plan.

It took us couple of hours to make sure that our website was running smoothly, this whole experience gave us a sense of confidence that we will not lose any customer because of bad UX.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

LambdaTest though does not cost a fortune to begin with however we would have loved if they offered all new and old browsers even in their free plan
