What are the best aspects of this product?

LambdaTest is a cross browser testing tool that we have been using for almost an year now. The main reasons why we opted for LambdaTest are still our most liked features on the platform.

They offer the most number of browsers & OS to perform cross browser testing of both live & locally hosted web applications. They offer the fastest and technically sound customer support, the user experience at their platform is still the best in the league.

Moreover, we just love their parallel testing feature that has significantly reduced our testing time which we were unable to do with our in house selenium grid.

They have the best documentation which really helped us to get started with the platform.

In a year of our usage of LambdaTest we are utmost satisfied and happy that we trusted them and became their early adopters for browser testing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initially that platform seems to be a little slow however overtime the performance has really improved and the VM load time has also decreased.
