Simplified Browser Testing

What are the best aspects of this product?

In just a few clicks we were able to test our website on 100+ combinations of browsers & OS out of the 2000+ options. They have made the product so simple that it can be used any anyone.
Recently we have subscribed to their automation plan with the help of which we are automating our entire web testing process, piece of advice (Automation plan is strictly for people who know selenium)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just feedback, like manual testing they should come up with a way to make automated testing easy for non-tech users as well.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There should be a prerun and executable feature so that I can do VM customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Their localhost testing feature is helping us a lot. We use this feature to test our local websites and web pages before moving them to prod.
