Testing on Mobile Browsers

What are the best aspects of this product?

While subscribing LambdaTest we had to make sure that we can run our Appium scrips on Lambda platform. At that time this particular feature was not available but we were assured by their team that this will come in a couple of months.

This particular feature was not a deal breaker for us hence we moved ahead. After some days one of their sales executive gave us a call to apprise they have launched mobile web automation as well.

The best part was not that they launched mobile automation, but the best part was that they remember to inform us personally that they have launched the feature.

After about 4 months of using the product, we are content with their platform and intent to use it as long as we have a requirement for such tool.

Pros:
1. Very good customer support system
2. Stable and continuously improving platform
3. Cheaper when compared to other alternatives

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cons:
1. Testing can be slow sometimes
2. Only 100 minutes of free testing to try the platform
