This efficiently keeps goals and performance reviews in one platform with a very convenient UI. It allows us to create, update, track and achieve goals for different tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, it has a neat and convenient interface. But there are instances when I cannot spot certain features. I have even encountered some difficulties when simply closing certain tasks.
