What are the best aspects of this product?

Lattice lets me easily update my department about my progress in a week. This includes specific details about the things I’ve accomplished, and what am I planning to work for in the coming week. It helps me ask instant help from other teams, as well as get feedbacks that gear me towards the right track. And all of these helps me function efficiently on the job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Lattice is a helpful tool for my work especially that it helps me function well. I haven’t encountered any problems or difficulties while using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quality reports that can be generated from Lattice help us minimize meeting hours. This means avoiding unneeded meetings for the company. Also, it allows me to record all my accomplishments that other employees can also pursue.
