What are the best aspects of this product?

This is helpful because I can jot down all the wonderful things my coworkers do. It lets me make performance reviews about them conveniently, then I can choose how others can view such feedbacks. I can even set reviews so they’d directly reach a particular individual or the right manager.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, I don’t use this app that much. Nonetheless, I haven’t noticed any problems through my experience with the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A wonderful solution for documenting the job of my coworkers, then putting everything in reviews. This platform is really hassle-free and is very efficient.
