What are the best aspects of this product?
None, clunky interface, not much to customize. Terrible customer support
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Be careful with Launchrock!! I got charged $60 for their yearly plan on my credit card and I clearly signed up for the $9 (monthly) plan. They refuse to issue a refund even a few days after signing up. I didn’t even have a site built yet or utilize any of their features. Their “customer service” reps were rude and very short with their response. Their are a TON of free ways to make quick “coming soon” landing pages for free (just launch a Wordpress site and get any number of free landing pages plugins), you don’t need this outdated company
