What are the best aspects of this product?

None, it doesn't work! I think if it did, the user interface is great, it's the industry standard in my network, came referred to me, but the sales software simply doesn't work. After repeated attempts to work with customer service, it still does not work. I've actually lost revenue while starting with them...

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm paying for a software that doesn't work. Their website chat doesn't work. They don't answer their phones. Extremely frustrating.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

How about just getting your software to track sales and when a customer shows you evidence that it's not working for them, you promptly fix the issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

See above, none! Only problems have been created.
