What are the best aspects of this product?
The only benefit is that we pay a flat rate and not a percentage of sales.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform is very limited with no reporting just a live data stream which makes it nearly impossible to track KPI's when you have thousands orders and affiliates. Customer Service is a joke. They live chat NEVER has an answer and try to end the chat as soon as possible by referring you to a support email that rarely replies and if they do it's typically a week or more. The Director of Support has no showed multiple calls, and now refuses phone support. The platform is clunky and customer service is impossible.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Customer service that's concerned with their customer. Reporting — even basic reporting that allowed you to filter AND export on a monthly basis would be an improvement.
