What are the best aspects of this product?

I am a long time user of the product, and I can vouch for its reliability in managing my small real estate business. It allows me to manage my digital paperwork and organize it so that it's easy to find, so I don't need to cram whenever I have scheduled client meetings. Everything that I need to buy and sell homes can be found in one software that comes with a large storage capacity. Keeping things in order has a positive impact on the way I run my business. What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Asking for additional assistance is not that convenient at all. It's hard to get in touch with a tech support agent, especially after office hours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I know where to find all of my documents. Everything is well organized so I can focus on my business.
