What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Where do I begin? Cannot email from smart phone, which was promised in our sales pitch. Can't customize our bills, which was promised over a year ago in our sales pitch. Continuous problems with Word documents not being saved properly. NJ Case Information Statement functionality not as promised. Billing is a nightmare. Overall lacking in functionality for mid size law firm. Customer service tries to be helpful, but I could spend everyday on the computer/phone with them trying to fix problems and not get any work done!
