What are the best aspects of this product?

It keeps my documents secure no matter what. Leap is a trusted software that I would recommend to other peers. Plus, it comes with one of the best after-sales support team that I could ever ask for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not all product features are meeting my expectations. Some are either slow or unavailable as of the moment. The good thing is that the Leap team is always doing something to help us find different alternatives or quick fixes to keep us satisfied.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to push for a paperless office environment, which makes our clients trust us more. It also allows us to get some work done wherever we go.
