What are the best aspects of this product?

The product itself is very flexible, making sure that its client's needs are being met consistently. I've made some major revamp in my practice, and Leap has continued to support me throughout my journey.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. I am happy to be working with Leap. I hope that they continue to support their clients no matter what happens.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being a GP by profession requires me to be flexible when it comes to my clients' needs. Instead of using multiple platforms for my case management, I consolidated all my documents, invoices, and billing records into one specific location, which is known as Leap. I computed my expenses and eventually realized how much money I am saving for availing this software. Also, Leap allows me to work remotely as long as there's an Internet connection.
