What are the best aspects of this product?

You can never imagine how fast and easy it is to track the hours spent with clients and the sending of invoices, which only takes minutes to accomplish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite expensive for my liking. However, I need it. I've got no choice but to pay for it. I've tried several platforms, but Leap is the best among the others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

They found a way to collect payments from our clients without being too awkward. Clients have adapted to the process, and they automatically settle the fees on or before the due date.
