What are the best aspects of this product?

Leap's primary use is to help me create templates for the types of documents that I usually prepare for my clients. I cannot afford to type each of them manually, so using drafts would be the best thing to do to provide legal services to more people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can be very distracting to look at the messages that are attached to the files. Hopefully, someone from Leap can look into this concern, so it would be easier for us to find what we are looking for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An increase in revenue because our staff is getting better in keeping track of their billable hours with each client.
