This app is really straightforward! I don't need to go under extensive training to learn to navigate it, so, yes, more time for developing content! Definitely beginner-friendly. I would also like to highlight how amazing this product's customer support is! They are really really helpful and truly listens to your feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a little issue with the exam's scoring system. I think the team is currently resolving it!

The app is flexible enough to allow us to customize our training courses so that they would fit different learning styles. This is important to our organization since we are currently expanding, that's why we always have waves of new employees to help on-board.
