What are the best aspects of this product?
LearnUpon's customer support is their biggest strength! The product itself is functional and definitely helps in our operations, and I acknowledge that other products can do that as well. What they don't have is the amazing set of people -- from sales to tech support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think LearnUpon could use a little update on their file storage. I hope they could increase its size to be able to host larget file types.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to utilize multiple apps to get though with our work. We have a different app to store learning modules, a separate one to measure engagement, and another one to facilitate continuous learning for our employees. These functions are all integrated with LearnUpon.
