What are the best aspects of this product?

Both the learner and instructor dashboards are well-organized, easily accessible, and extremely responsive. The layout and organization of the interface make it easier for users to explore the app’s functions. Instructors can easily create courses that are conveniently accessible to learners. Customer support service is also commendable!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Updates on the app take time before it gets released. I also wish I could see the edit history of the courses.
