What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how the CRM lets me make pipelines for accounts. That way, all of our organization members can look at where we currently stand when it comes to progress for every client we're dealing wiht. I like having the option in attaching leads to an account. That way, I can see what I need to be doing for following up.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No complaints here! Less Annoying does just about anything we want. It comes with some functionality we've yet to explore.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Interaction that occurs with our organization is simpler thanks to this software. Rather than my boss going through endless e-mails to see where we stand, all she needs is to log into Less Annoying. That's it!
