What are the best aspects of this product?
I love its simplicity. I can be comfortable in using it in under a few hours. Being an admin, I find the entire process to be simple. Actions are very intuitive and takes only a couple or so steps.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Initially, I wasn't too thrilled. It didn't offer an Outlook intergration. But now I'm understanding why its integration is limited. It's able to ame a clean and concentrated space that's segregated from my Oulook inbox. But it can be linked to cases that I want them to link to
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Whenever my supervisor asks where we stand with the account several months after, I can now explain to him what precisely occurred. I can even accurately tell him where we are at that moment. When one of us comces from a trade show with contacts, we can easily upload and spread all of them out in our department. Later, we get to know who the contacts are and what's happened with each one.
