What are the best aspects of this product?
It's fast and efficient to utilize. Very user-friendly. They have a ton of fields for you to make an input. If it happens to be missing then you're given the chance to make more fields to suit your needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't found anything that I hate. Whenever I assume of using everything that LACRM is offering, I always end up with a functionality that I've yet to use. They put a lot of thought to this sofware!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When it boils down to lead management, LACRM is the way to go. It keeps me on top and closing new accounts. The best thing that I use with it is its task and event reminder list. I'm e-mailed by each morning.
