What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the primary reasons why we decided to acquire this tool is to help us conduct background checks before moving forward to the interview process. Also, this app allows us to book interviews with the candidate depending on the availability of the hiring manager, which can be done in just a few minutes. Also, we appreciate the email integration feature because it means faster communication between the hiring staff and the candidates. Lastly, the reporting access has always been important for the team, so we have visibility when it comes to our daily and month to date productivity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reports are reliable, but we wanted to get more in-depth information behind these numbers As much as possible we would like the reports to be broken down into the simplest form for everyone to have a better understanding of what’s going on in our recruitment process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Lever is a pretty simple hiring application to work with that is why it became a crown favourite in no time. But there are instances that the system gets into a little bit of trouble which causes us, users, to ask for help from the experts. Thankfully Lever’s CS team are really good at what they do. We can always count on someone to take our call and help us find the right solution for our problems. Overall I can say that Lever is a pretty fantastic tool to work with. It does a great job in choosing the perfect candidate for the job in a fair and non-judgmental manner.
