I will never trade Lever with any other Applicant Tracking System because it yields the best results.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that attracted me to Lever is the highly attractive user interface in which other apps don’t possess. The entire hiring process is simple and straightforward from beginning to end. Plus we highly rely on the reports to measure our performance versus our targets which is very useful for the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It allows me to browse through large batches of resumes in one sitting, which makes my job a lot easier. It helps me organize my day to day tasks from fixing schedules, responding to queries, emails, and so much more. Known for its intuitive features, I can say that I have no complaints against Lever.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We heavily rely on reports to gauge our productivity and the outcome of our applicant. Manually retrieving it can be very challenging for us and time-consuming at the same time. Now we are happy that Lever gives us easy access to all our data by simply logging into the system.
