What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the measures of success in the recruitment department is not just about the number of applicants that we hire, but we also focus on the quality. Instead of browsing resumes manually we now do it using the system which for me is more efficient. Applicants do not have to wait for a long time for their interviews and exams because we can process all of these in one day. Also, I am thankful that Lever works well with Gmail integration that makes the collaboration and communication process fast and straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that there is something wrong with its reporting portal. We have been extracting our numbers manually for the past weeks, so hopefully, things will be fixed asap.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The staff behind the product itself has been amazing to all of us. They are always accommodating when it comes to our concerns; that is why we fell in love with Lever even more. Also, I could not help but admire the beauty of the user interface because it is so easy to figure out even if you are a first-timer with the app. You can use the app on a remote location, so it means more productivity.
