What are the best aspects of this product?

What makes Lever stand out is the simplicity of its UI that cuts the learning curve into half. Lever works efficiently with other apps so you can easily get a hold of the applicant’s file without the need of any papers and printers. It's easy for interviewers to leave notes of their evaluation so feedback can be given to the applicants. It is also Lever’s job to keep track of our daily output and include it on the reports that are being presented to the management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the downsides of using Lever is the monthly rates which are higher than what the average ATS is priced nowadays. So if your business does not hire people monthly, then this product may not be the perfect fit for you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want our business to remain competitive in our field; that is why there is a need for us to invest in a tool like Lever who can help us make the most out of our hiring process. We want our staff to be able to maximize their working hours by being able to fulfil all their deliverables on or before the given deadlines.
