What are the best aspects of this product?
Lever is known as one of the most intuitive tools that every HR team should have. We never had any difficulties introducing the tool to all of our new hires and interns in the department because every feature is easy to figure out on your own. Lever gives you the ability to source out the best candidates for all job opening that you have in your company. Plus you can always pull out the reports to measure your performance both individually and as a team. As the business continues to grow, it is expected that the demands for better candidates will also increase dramatically; that is why Lever is created to make recruiting easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Lever does an excellent job in disseminating information to the entire team. It helps us prepare for upcoming recruitment events so there is no excuse to cram. There are some minor opportunities but its something that we can cope up with.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We don’t have to spend hours browsing every resume that is being submitted to us. Lever does a great job in screening all applicants based on their qualifications and skill set. We continue to keep a list of our passive applicants that we could use for future recruitment opportunities. Since we shifted our ATS to Lever we are proud to say that we’ve been hiring more qualified candidates than before.
