What are the best aspects of this product?
Lever can do a lot of things that will simplify the way you hire applicants. What I like about it most is that it's very open to feedback from users. So everyone has a say on how Lever can be improved for the benefit of the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No major issues to complain about except for the duplicate invites that recipients have been getting on their inbox. This can be very confusing and may lead to delays or disconnect in the hiring process. The entire team has experienced this, and it should be addressed right away.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can always leave notes on the applicant’s profile that my colleagues can read anytime. We are saving a lot of time in emailing each other back and forth because it now can be done straightforwardly.
