One of the best hiring tools that are worth using for good.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things I like about Lever is the smooth and easy user interface. I can get a lot of things done using the system because everything is so easy to figure out even without asking for any help at all. With Lever, I don’t have to use multiple apps for scheduling interviews, applicant evaluation, and so much more. Plus I love working with the customer service team because they’ve always been supportive and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that Lever could come up with auto connects to other job boards out there. Usually, I would be asked to get a subscription to gain access to the posts, but it would be great if I get them at no cost.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using Lever is like a breath of fresh air compared to the previous tool that I was using. I prefer this product because it is faster, efficient and brings out impressive results in a short amount of time. We were able to make innovative changes to our hiring process from the time that we shifted to Lever.
