What are the best aspects of this product?

Lever has contributed to the growth of our company and our employees who would like to apply for a promotion. Employees have the opportunity to provide honest feedback on their experience with the recruitment team, so we know how we can improve our existing process. I know that our department still has a lot of shortcomings, but we are trying our best to make things better by expediting the hiring process, which leaves a good impression on new hires.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would appreciate it if the system could give us a reason why we could not book interviews on certain dates and time slots, so we know what to say to the applicant and probably look for another available hiring manager.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can say that using Lever for the past year has been truly a blessing for our entire department and the rest of the organization. We feel more confident that we were able to hire the most qualified people that could contribute to the growth of the business.
