What are the best aspects of this product?

The team welcomed Lever with open arms because its so user friendly and efficient in completing tasks. Lever allows us to collaborate efficiently, which promotes transparency in the entire recruitment team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We just acquired Lever almost a month ago, and everything has been smooth sailing for everyone. The performance of the product may change as we continue to use it, but its part of our expectation. So far everything is all good, and that’s what matters.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our department is in charge of hiring applicants for different departments as fast as we could. Things can get very overwhelming for our staff, so we need to work with an efficient ATS to help us keep track of our recruitment process. Lever makes things easier for everyone from seamless email collaboration, easier booking of interviews and replying to hundreds of emails each day.
