10Gbps Servers Available to Everyone!

What are the best aspects of this product?

They recently announced a 10Gbps network upgrade that is already well on its way. It is amazing to think that I can access 10Gbps servers for under 5.00 per month.

Can choose between shared ips, rotating ips or a directly assigned a public IP with every port available for incoming traffic.

Netflix, Hulu and the BBC work well when we are on the road.

They appear to be very transparent about how the network is ran.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Android client is not the best and there is no iOS client yet.

They only offer support via tickets

The website and control panel needs a refresh.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better way for a manager to manage multiple employee accounts would be great.

It would be great if I could see what server(s) my teammates are signed into.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trusting the Internet when we are traveling overseas or connecting from a remote network.
