What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the appearance and UI of Litmos by SAP. It has a ton of reporting functionality. It's also great since it's user-friendly. Our participants find the tool to be useful in all aspects. The tool has done a lot of good things and many find it to be easy and fun to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It seems the discussion boards need a bit of improvement. It appears to be basic and has very limited inteactivity. The admin functionality could use some added versatility for active teams. It would be a plus to give team admins the ability to edit and look into assignments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're successful in expanding our reach within the non-profit sector since we're now offering online training. We're also capable of providing different services and programs. This is because we're armed with the ability to monitor and gain control of our participants' progress.
