What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the very few things that I like with the tool is its user-friendliness. Navigating it is simple once you're using it on the site. Its recent software updates was significantly beneficial to both our users and program. I like the fact that they have a mobile app for users to access our content through their smart devices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One problem that I encountered with my team was the mass delition of users who have been considered as inactive and getting them reactive via manual method. It's a tiring processs doing this. I hope the tool will have some way to improve on this in the near future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helped us create a free and interactive training program to educate the youth about the issue of tobacco. Despite the challenges, we’re able to pull through in honing the advocacy skills of the youth in taking action and making a difference in their community through the training programs we built.
