What are the best aspects of this product?

What I prefer most with the tool is how flexible and simple it is to come up with a course and uploading it to users in bulk. The user interface is user-friendly and won't require a lot of training in getting the team up to speed. Their account management, sales, and customer support teams have been nothing but helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their course management and scheduling needs to improve. I was hoping I could make a course and offer accessibility to teams to that course without pushing them to be administrators and making those courses all over again and linking modules.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back then, we were manually dealing certifications via Google Drive and doing documentation on paper. I was in desperate need of a solution that would let my team do more automation to help create improved reporting. At the same time, handle the efficacy of our programs.
