What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a ton of choices at your disposal if you happen to be a learning professional opting for an LMS. The speciic needs you have wil eventually point to which direction you should be going in. Litmos is the best when it comes down to serving customers, offering support, and engaging customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to see further robustness within the tool. By that would mean giving us the ability sell our available courses and managing subscriptions to our customers. Having some kind of a token-based system would be a huge benefit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Litmos has given us the ablity to provide training for both our in-house employees and independent dealer network. Trying to manage such separate roles, libraries, and permissions has been efficient and relatively simple. This gave us the ablity to spend more time in developing content.
