What are the best aspects of this product?

The never-ending possibilities it's offering while enabling you to be organized and having varying connected accounts. It also comes in different languages. I love the fact that it's simple upload anything whether it's videos (of different formats) to PowerPoint presentations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its reports could use some improvement. I felt as if the ones they have right now are very limited or difficult to make. You can do editing on the report you've made, but you'll need to "create" that report once again. It'd be nice if we're given the freedom to change information on our own.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to deliver trainings to all our employees. It's far simpler for me to be compliant with this tool. Accessing the tool is so easy. It happens to be intuitive and user-friendly. Lots of courses avaialable for anyone to access. Pricing is reasonable compared to other vendors.
