What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool happens to be user-friendly. The instances when I needed the Help section for assistance led me to finding exactly what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. I like how I can keep a single class active and adding new sessions whenever I'm offering it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some settings that can be a nuisance. Firstly, whenever I'm making a new class, I'll always need to remember getting myself off notifications. Otherwise, I'll wind up getting an email each time I mark somebody as "completed." In addition, when making a class, not only will I have to remember marking it as "active," I'll also need to choose and include it within the library.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're making use of Litmos to track our internal training in real-time. It makes it possible for users to either be delegated to training or to choose both online and in-person courses. Being able to run reports on team, users, and courses ensure accountablity can be trcked for both administrative and department preferences.
