What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how our LMS is user-friendly. As a matter of fact, it's so user-friendly that anyone can easily use it and be proficient enough in a short period of time. In our agencies of non-profit network, we can make full use of Litmost to meet our training needs for a wide range of situations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's not much to dislike with this product. The support/help desk has nothing but be responsive. They know how to listen and will addressing any pressing issues you may have. One functionality that I couldn't use is the Learning Path since it won't offer the flexiblity needed in changing a course within the path.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're significantly enhancing the quality of both our performance and training. We do this by delivering the same kind of training in numerous countries, internal staff, and partner agencies. We now have a quick and efficient approach in interacting with all our partners by means of this tool.
