What are the best aspects of this product?
Unlike most of the customer service platform I’ve tried, setting up LiveAgent is a breeze. No complicated procedures to deal with. Aside from the ease of setting up, I also like the platform’s ability to keep track of the cases for my business. All of that and more for just a low price. Incredible!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There’s no way to create a sub-tag which makes it harder to create reports based on sub-cases from each tag.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am able to keep track of the cases for my business with so much ease. The ability to put labels into the cases has made it easier to determine which is which. I don’t forget any important case or ETA’s anymore, thanks to the postpone option.
