What are the best aspects of this product?

LiveAgent is a very user-friendly tool with a simple configuration. Our team was able to learn how to use the system easily. It is also completely customizable so we are able to tailor it to our business requirements. I also love the electronic mail feature which is helpful in keeping information organized as well as the numerous ways to communicate with clients. Overall, it has become an important tool for providing efficient and effective customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app doesn’t have some of the features accessible in the desktop version.

LiveAgent is an all-in-one solution that helps us in every aspect of our job, from creating tickets, to dealing with complaints or complex queries of customers, and many more. With this software, we are able to help our customers solve their problems in a timely manner. We are now able to provide fast and reliable customer support.
