This is a very efficient product in regards to cost-effectiveness and features/functionality. It provides what we need without being too overwhelming to work with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the interface could use an improvement although I would not take away from its simplicity.

Integration with GoToConnect/GoToMeeting, possibly.
