It offers a would price for all the features it offers, it's fast and it's not complicated to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have one at the moment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
To be able to use different templates for the same agent and same department, for example if you need to reply in different languages.
Being able to erase notes.
