Simple and fast
I use this software all day on the phone logging customers information
I use the software to easily pull data
I use the software to pull up history and quick answers to customers problems
The best part is that its easy. You don't find something this easy to learn. I logged in once and taught myself nearly everything that day. SO GOOD!!!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not much
I would only say we have trouble with connection on calls. This is an issue in all call centers though. Not an issue with Live agent.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more options of adding history to profiles under contacts. Something a little more detailed than just notes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We solve customers issues daily by depending on our data stored in Live Agent. It bails me out of some of the hardest phone calls ever.
