What are the best aspects of this product?

A wonderful tool for providing customer-focused support is Live Agent. It is a fully comprehensive system that allows you to service all channels in one location and has numerous channels including email, live chat, and social media.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Certain features are not entirely useful, especially if you have employees using the system. Customer support probably won't allow changes to be made.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

With the aid of Live Agent, we can centrally handle inquiries via a number of channels of communication.
