Liveagent is very user friendly. Even as a first time user, you don't have to take too much time getting used to it. It provides a bunch of great features. You can organize and mark the tickets the way you want, which provides the sense of order. With all this, we can get straight to work, instead of spending hours just for learning how the software works.

I haven't encountered any problems during my use of the software.

Perhaps some themes and designs because the current appearance can seem a bit outdated.
