It was a tremendous help to us and is immensely useful for our daily job!

Nothing out of the ordinary, as far as I can tell.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I suggest a rework of the GUI.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The most significant issue with our most recent tool was that we had to manually sort all of the tickets by department and responsibility.
