What are the best aspects of this product?

The very best aspect of the product is its ability to track everything from statistics to workload. This provides us with the full picture of our workflow and gives us the ability to divide it between the agents. Another good thing is its ability to merge several email accounts in one LiveAgent user which makes it more comfortable in regards to the simplest way to keep everything in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The problematic aspects are the ones connected to the statistics and that they are a bit vague. Despite that sometimes there are emails that are considered as SPAM but they are actually not.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the platform becoming more and more user friendly with less complicated aspects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We solved the very big amount of money that we were paying for a lot of different services such as different livechat and email platforms that were even more expensive when we paid them separately.
